Our client is actively seeking a talented Marketing Manager IV. This is a 2-month contract opportunity with the possibility to extend with our client.

This position is a remote opportunity and must support Pacific Time Zone working hours.

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced senior consumer web marketer to continue to build, evolve, and enhance one of our most valuable marketing assets in Xbox.com to drive business growth and engage our fans. This person will be responsible for driving impactful web marketing across multiple products and services and engaging millions of gamers globally on one of the largest brand websites in the world.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create global web experience strategies and manage execution for moments, launches, and integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with product marketing, PR, paid media, social, retail, regional, and digital marketing teams.
  • Bring games, services, devices, and accessories to life on Xbox.com supporting the full lifecycle including driving awareness, purchase intent, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with web designers, content managers, and developers to execute web strategies & site updates.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial programming calendar for Xbox.com and measure performance to inform programming frequency, placement, and audience targeting.
  • Manage web analytics including define and drive success metrics to deliver on key site goals, provide insights on how customer engage with Xbox.com, and report out on the impact of initiatives and campaigns post-launch.
  • Define an experimentation roadmap, drive tests and qualitative research, and leverage site data to optimize customer journeys and direct purchase paths.
  • Develop and execute an SEO plan to improve Xbox.com’s organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic.
  • Oversee site management for all markets including production, localization, accessibility, and web compliance.
  • Maintain a web roadmap and manage the day-to-day prioritization of content & production teams.
  • Partner with Engineering teams to enhance Xbox.com with new capabilities and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
  • 5+ years relevant experience managing a global consumer website
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern web technologies, processes, and tools
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, digital production, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and experimentation tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely
  • Experience in subscriptions marketing a plus
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience with adobe analytics within adobe marketing cold suite; adobe photoshop ect.
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience with Experimentation tools
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SEO tools; Google search console, Bing Webmasters ect.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to drive impact
  • High level of attention to detail, including a strong aptitude for digital analytics Creative, curious, innovative, and organized thinker with a strong drive for results
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects across lines of business and work under constant deadline pressure

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $40.52 - $45.52 per hour.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
