Our client is actively seeking a talented Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager. This is an 11-month contract opportunity with the possibility to extend with our client.
This position is remote with occasional travel as project demands require.
Schedule: 9 – 5 EST (should be able to attend meetings scheduled 8 – 6 EST)
Overview:
Seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing workstream deliverables on an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. The candidate should be comfortable working under a program governance reporting into the Program Manager and working alongside function and system integrator project managers to manage project workstream deliverables and other activities
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in development of Project artifacts such as Program and project charters, scope, project plan and requirements tracking and development of SI Statement of Work.
- Manage deliverables on the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules – identify dependencies in tasks and track scope, cost and resources status across the workstream.
- Manage the RAID process from Open to Close for assigned Workstream(s)
- Manage team to ensure they are anticipating and removing blockers and mitigating risks
- Foster communication between team members with assigned process area and cross functional process area as needed.
- Work with vendor Test lead to ensure successful SIT and UAT test cycles. (Ensure test case selection and completion)
- Facilitate the deliverable review process for assigned deliverables ensuring all items obtain correct review and approval within baseline timeline
- Provide inputs to budget and resource allocations across the program and be responsible for budget/resource plans for the technical workstream.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Track project risks and issues and escalate as necessary.
- Lead project status meetings, daily scrums, weekly project director updates and provide weekly updates to the program manager.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Manage relationship with the program PMO during delivery.
Requirements:
- 5yrs of experience in managing deliverables of an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation or other large-scale implementations.
- 5yrs of experience serving as a project manager on large implementation programs with responsibilities and ownership for multiple workstreams.
- 5yrs of experience using RAID management to help drive overall success of the program.
- Experience leading teams in the creation and deployment of COE/ Ongoing maintenance organization to support solution post go live.
- Problem solver- experience with leading to teams through process of removing obstacles that hinder the program’s success
- Experience managing SDLC projects in waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with functional PMs and SI project managers
- Self-starter and driver
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Application Implementation Methodology and Oracle industry solutions
- Experience in Oracle applications finance and HR functional modules a plus

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $110.94 - $115.94 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
