Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid position located in Tempe AZ.
Candidates must reside in the Tempe, AZ area.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated expertise as an OCM Practitioner with experience in guiding and coaching teams to understand the impacts and value in executing OCM strategies.
- OCM projects involving Work and Asset Management system implementations and/or migrations.
- OCM projects involving improvements to existing and implementation of new Enterprise Asset Serialization efforts.
- History with organizational design
- OCM projects involving Maximo 8 or other work management product upgrades
Job Overview:
The consultant will work with multiple teams to support project approaches and OCM plans for the delivery of the above-stated business objectives.Â
The project teams will consist of full-time client employees from the corporate IT, Cyber Security, HR, and from the various stakeholder groups, in addition to contingent workers with specialized skills needed for the projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Work with leaders and stakeholders to ensure they have a clear understanding of the nature, scope, impacts, and magnitude of the change, and the organization’s readiness for change
- Very good soft skills, they will need to be able to effectively lead OCM activities without official authority. They will work with a PM and two interim project leads as their core team.
- Identify and engage stakeholders
- An initial change management strategy that addresses communications, sponsorship, and employee engagement
- Creation of an executable change management plan with key milestones and relative timing
- An approach to project level OCM efforts that integrates them with Program level OCM where appropriate
- Leadership and stakeholder alignment
- Stakeholder impact analysis
- Creation and documentation of change management strategy and plan
- Creation and documentation of communications plan
- Monitor change and adoption (e.g., identify and track adoption metrics, conduct pulse surveys, facilitate focus groups, etc.)
- Deliverables as required by clients’ Project Execution Framework (PEF)
- Management of cross-project OCM dependencies and coordination
- Other tasks/activities deemed necessary in support of a successful project outcome
- Ability to work under pressure, we need someone who can hit the ground running and learn as things progress

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $100.00 - $105.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
