Our client is actively seeking a talented Procurement Manager located in Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA. This is a Hybrid full-time, permanent opportunity with our client.
Job Overview:
Our client has an immediate career opportunity for a Procurement Manager. This individual will be responsible for helping to develop and implement best practices across client's enterprise, with a focus on new construction projects. This includes working with stakeholders to identify and quantify opportunities, managing RFPs, negotiating with suppliers, and rolling our programs to the business.
Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and execute opportunities to build Procurement programs in support of Company goals around value creation and project execution
- Perform traditional category management activities including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, and performance management
- Manage negotiations, contract development, execution, and implementation of Procurement programs
- Troubleshoot and solve issues impacting construction projects
- Serve as subject matter expert on market conditions, supply chain best practices, and assigned categories
- Embed sustainable procurement and support for historically disadvantaged business enterprises into the process
Requirements:
Â
- 6+ years of experience working in estimating and/or procurement.
- Strong foundation of strategic sourcing principles and an understanding of new construction processes
Preferred Skills:
Â
- Previous experience focused on construction materials and services
- A track record of taking initiative and performing work with limited supervision
- The desire to be a change agent, influencing behavior to deliver positive business outcomes
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
Job Requisition # 38438
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year with 15% bonus and quarterly incentives.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
