The Production Support Analyst will act as a liaison among client team, shared services, and development teams to ensure successful maintenance releases. The Production Support Analyst will complete code review, code analysis to determine root cause, hands-on development, performance monitoring, defect triage.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $44.00 - $49.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Technical resource who will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of system performance
- Triaging production issues and conducting root cause analysis.
- Work with the client to prioritize enhancements and defects for release planning.
- Gather requirements and communicate with the development team to ensure all requirements are met.
- Support the client QA team as needed.
- Ensure all reporting and documentation are delivered in a timely manner, and that all phases of the SDLC process are on track.
