We are looking for a driven, career-oriented Sales Leader for our Atlanta-based Financial SaaS client to lead their Enterprise Market direct sales team. The ideal person for this role is someone who's managed a sales team of enterprise account executives at a Financial or Accounting SaaS company and has prior Enterprise Market SaaS sales experience of their own.
In this role, you will lead, manage, develop, and coach the Sr. Account Executives and enable them to grow new sales opportunities in the Enterprise Market.

- Improve sales productivity by enabling smarter work practices and ensuring adherence to the sales process.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and quota achievement.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales hires on all sales tools and applications.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of sales onboarding programs.
- Optimize customer segmentation and support effective territory management.
- Conduct regular check-ins with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Client Success, and other stakeholders to review pipeline health, track progress against goals, and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Managers to manage and improve Salesforce (CRM) and other sales enablement platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data within Salesforce (CRM).
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvements across the Sales organization.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reports.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes in partnership with Senior Account Executives.
- Partner with the Chief Sales Officer to develop and maintain sales forecasting models.
- Assist the Chief Sales Officer with pipeline reviews, opportunity inspections, and deal strategy sessions.
What you need to have:
- Experience as a Sales leader in a SaaS organization
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Market (Fortune 1000) Software Sales
- Experience selling Financial or Accounting SaaS
- Financial acumen a must.
- Accustomed to long, complex sales cycles.
- Driven, gritty, and tenacious.
- BS/BA degree is preferred.
