Job Title: Senior Industrial Designer
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract
Work Location: Onsite in Greensboro, NC
Job Overview:
Propose and develop design solutions with clear product message and distinct brand identity that meets the project prerequisites. Explore ideas for product message and create 2D and 3D concepts, e.g., sketches, drawings, and visual artifacts, using the given inputs.
As part of a multidisciplinary product design team create concepts and develop projects from idea through to production. Interior and exterior design.
On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience

- Supporting junior team members and peers
- Role model of lifelong learning, sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach
- May be digging deeper in own discipline, but is building broader T shaped profile
- Developing influence and working confidently within the wider network
- Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA. Key Tools, 2D - 3D sketching, Blender, Alias, Keyshot
