Our client is actively seeking a talented Project Engineer III - Nuclear to work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility for extension or to go permanent with our client.
Job Overview:
The Investment Engineer has overall oversight, coordination, and facilitation responsibility for the Project Evaluation and Business Case Development Process for the Nuclear fleet. The Investment Engineers are familiar with the technical aspects of engineering, plant operations, and the financial aspects of projects such that they can evaluate financial returns while considering operational concerns and safety.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Leads the Project Evaluation and Business Case Development Process for the Nuclear Fleet.
- Develops business cases including a thorough evaluation of alternatives and project risks and benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
Â
- Prefer a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in nuclear power generation industry
- MBA preferred
- Experience in financial analysis of projects to determine its overall economic value

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $66.52 - $71.52 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
