• This position is typically retained to manage multiple White projects per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix.
• Must be comfortable and familiar with basic electrical safety including lock out tag out.
• Must be willing and able to drive to the project locations which are spread throughout Florida.
• This position will require some in-field work with minor hand tools
  • Screwdriver to remove faceplates to plug in Ethernet cable.
  • Hand tools to remove small signage.
• Must be courteous and professional as this position will interact with customers.

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• 2-year degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles. Project related work/school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member.

• Electrical/EVSE/Solar experience strongly preferred.
• Graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Utility Technical Certifications/Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates.
• Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling / Cost Controls. The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $44.65 - $49.65 per hour.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
