Type of Engagement: 12-month contract to hire (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: Hybrid in Tempe, AZ (3 days in office)
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident
Job Overview:
Project Manager with a strong testing and QA background to support large scale software implementation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands how testing fits into complex enterprise projects, especially ERP implementations, and knows how to keep teams
moving forward through collaboration and influence.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $80.00 - $85.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong testing experience (QA, UAT, system, or integration testing). Including ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) testing.
- Experience supporting large, complex software implementation projects, around 10 years of total experience doing so.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software implementations, particularly ERP
- Familiarity with tools and applications used in ERP implementation testing
- Ability to proactively identify and manage dependencies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholder
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Project Management experience or PMO exposure
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
