Our client is actively seeking a talented SAP BRIM Infrastructure Services Specialist. The position is 100% REMOTE. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $57.90 - $59.90 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP BRIM infrastructure components, including servers, storage, network, and security.
- Ensure that SAP BRIM infrastructure components are aligned with IT policies and standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BRIM infrastructure issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical SAP BRIM infrastructure specifications.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, including developers and architects, to ensure that the SAP BRIM infrastructure is aligned with the needs of the business.
- Maintain system documentation and diagrams, and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Participate in the review and approval of change requests, ensuring that all changes follow established procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of SAP BRIM software releases and new features, and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide support for production issues, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in SAP BRIM infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and network components, as well as virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Experience with SAP BRIM software, including subscription order management, invoicing, and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
