A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $57.08 - $62.08 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure components, including servers, storage, network, and security.
- Ensure that SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure components are aligned with IT policies and standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure specifications.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals, including developers and architects, to ensure that the SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure is aligned with the needs of the business.
- Maintain system documentation and diagrams, and provide training to end-users as needed.
- Participate in the review and approval of change requests, ensuring that all changes follow established procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of SAP Entitlement Management software releases and new features, and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide support for production issues, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements:
Â
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in SAP Entitlement Management infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
- Strong understanding of server, storage, and network components, as well as virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Experience with SAP Entitlement Management software, including license provisioning, compliance management, and entitlement reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
