Our client is actively seeking a talented SAP RAR Expert. The position is 100% REMOTE. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
Job Overview:
Our Fortune 100 client is seeking an experienced SAP RAR Expert to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) module, including design, implementation, and configuration, as well as experience in working collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders to ensure that the RAR system is aligned with business needs and goals.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $57.90 - $59.90 per hour.
The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and configure SAP RAR modules to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of interfaces with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the SAP RAR system meets business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Work with other IT professionals, including developers and architects, to ensure that the RAR system is aligned with the needs of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP RAR software releases and new features, and make recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Participate in the review and approval of change requests, ensuring that all changes follow established procedures.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in SAP RAR module design, implementation, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606, and their impact on revenue accounting processes.
- Experience with SAP RAR software, including contract management, revenue recognition, and revenue reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
