Job Title: SAP S/4 Hana Solution and Design Architect
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available, Greencard Permanent Resident acceptable)
Work Location: Hybrid opportunity in Durham, NC 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Job Overview:

This position will be primarily responsible for leading a worldwide team for enterprise data center environments and all provisioning including the solution architecture, design and delivery of SAP ERP solutions on SAP RISE on S4HANA, middleware, and underlying platforms and ensuring all non-SAP, Cloud, SaaS and data center systems are integrated.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Lead to create strategy roadmap for ERP SAP, architecture, and design and with background of implementation of SAP ERP solution on Cloud (AWS/GCP/AWS) with greenfield/brownfield implementation.
SAP RISE experience a plus and integration to non-SAP systems
Lead and collaborate with peers, partners and system integrators and give the direction and roadmap for Environmental infrastructure in an enterprise-class environment.
Experience in reviewing and selecting technical solutions.
Compare different systems including non-SAP to make recommendations for both project and holistic needs.
Lead and Execute performance testing,
Experience on Multi system Job processing and monitoring (experience in Control-M job scheduler is a plus)
Manage Object propagation for large enterprise systems (multitenant) being responsible to lead the Transport Management Cloud / SaaS configuration and Management
Manage projects to ensure targeted business outcomes.
Have the Ability to estimate and compare the financial impact of technology alternatives.
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies, Work break down, RAID logs and critical path
Being hands on as needed to help the team, or stakeholders when help is needed
Design & implementation of SAP Cloud Services, Solution Manager, ALM must S/4 Hana experience (installations, upgrades) on Cloud with Greenfield, Brownfield migration approach
Lead and Execute System Migrations: homogeneous Heterogeneous including DMO + system move, at least 2 migrations to Azure.
Responsible to support SAP Central Finance, Ariba and SAP Hybris (C/4HANA) architecture design, Manage S4H Hana Database Replication (HANA 2.0), SAP EWM would be a plus

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor Degree on System Engineering, Computer Science
7 + Years of HANA architect, design, blueprint and project experience
5 years’ experience in SAP architecture designing SAP solutions on-premises / Cloud.
5+ years of Data Center or Cloud Experience
Understanding of network architecture, Cloud networking and firewalls
Able to follow / implement security requirements (Identity access management, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign on)
Working experience on hybrid environments (remote and on site)
Leading the team by example by helping get issues addressed
Must have experience in SAP Migrations to HANA using the latest tools like DMO and SUM
Must have an experience in implementation of ERP solution on SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure. Implementation
Performance, troubleshooting, SAP best practice, Fiori (Hub/embedded/SAP cloud platform)Sap cloud experience desired with Tools (SWPM, maintenance planner, HANA studio, UDA)
Linux experience SLES, prerequisites for Linux systems, FS, sizing, tuning, troubleshooting on LinuxSAP notes, support packages, tuning, EWA
Enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems
Database experience or Knowledge
Experience managing SAP BTP: familiar with BTP and other CAS packages from SAP Anaplan, Magnitude knowledge
Proven experience Implementing SAP S4/H Private Cloud Version (2023) solutions across multiple regions /regions & country specific
Understanding of Network Load Balancers, F5 NetScaler, or Web dispatcher.
Establish good relationship with multiple vendors and manage groups until achieve final solution.
Lead to establish Road map and life cycle management. Work closely with the Operations Team and project management team
Familiar with Azure or any additional hyperscale, good communication skills, experience with SAP Sizing and infrastructure.
Experience participating in all aspects of large-scale Enterprise Architecture projects including identification, planning, and cost estimation through requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and production #LI-JN1

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $116.45.00 - $121.45 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
