Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)
Work Location: remote (preferably in Atlanta, GA)

Candidates must be able to work in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a web support role, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive and client-focused approach to support, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional team

Big Bonus Points if you Have:
  • Salesforce Admin certified, but not necessary if minimum years of experience working in SF administration is met.
  • Strong preference for Atlanta based candidate, but willing to look at other geographic areas if a match isn’t found.
Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Web Support Specialist with Salesforce experience to join the AMP team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record in utilizing Salesforce to enhance customer support and operational efficiency. This role involves providing top-notch technical support and ensuring seamless user experiences for our clients.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration: Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track support tickets, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical support for platform related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot/Escalate Defects: Diagnose and resolve defects related to platform functionality, performance, and user experience. Work closely with the functional and development team to escalate and track complex bugs/issues raised by users
  • Data Manipulation and Upload: Clean and format data to prepare it for data upload in Salesforce and ability to work with various data loader tools
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, common issues, and resolutions.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to resolve web-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training materials and guidance to clients on web functionalities and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of support strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
