A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $70.00 - $75.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- strong Adobe Creative Suite skills - 10 years
- experience in 3D rendering program
- experience in Figma
- experience in powerpoint
- Strong attention towards strategic, simple, modern, smart design, and a strong eye for craftsmanship, typography and information design.
- experience in print, web, ui prototype and its various applications: collateral systems, brochures and non-traditional pieces, in addition, experience developing brand guidance
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Designer to work on a broad range of design projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Thrive in an agile development environment and team and collaborate well with others
- Large format printing, web/sheet fed/direct mail/pre-press, retouching, 4c printing, digital file preparation, 4-color print and production processes, and pre-press delivery formats.
- Understanding digital/web space, and Photoshop tools related to slicing and producing web-ready graphics.
- Attention to detail and performing in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with strong organizational skills and time management.
- Effectively using style sheets, master pages, templates, tracking, kerning and leading functionalities.
- Producing comps and assisting with presentation preparations.
- Actively seeking feedback and review of work; accept and act upon creative/technical direction.
- -Being passionate, confident, empathetic, positive, approachable.
