Candidates must reside in the Greater North Denver, CO area.
Required Skills & Experience:
The Senior Party Chief will be responsible for managing field data collections, managing equipment, data and some staff members. The position will focus on oil and gas projects including, but not limited to, Right-of-Way surveys, easement staking, boundary surveys, facility and pad layout. Candidate will be working throughout the North Denver, CO area. The client will provide a company vehicle for this full-time position and candidates must be able to pass drug & background check and have a clean driving record.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $62,000 - $80,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years progressive surveying field experience. Be able to work as a single crew member
- Experience with Boundary, topographic data collection, construction layout and ALTA surveys.
- Construction and land development survey projects.
- Experience using Trimble survey equipment and software.
- Training and Developing while holding surveyors accountable
- Assigning daily jobs, keeping track of truck inventory, and safety reporting.
- Commercial development experience

- Plan and coordinate work of field survey parties performing design survey, construction staking, and other field activities.
- Review and certifies completed work to satisfy legal requirements.
- Oversee and perform land survey and mapping functions including, preparation of Subdivision Maps, ALTA Surveys, Surveys, Legal Descriptions and Construction calculations.
- Manage projects for schedule, budget and quality.
