Our client is actively seeking a talented StreamServe - OpenText/Basis Developer.  This position is 100% remote. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with our client.


Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a specialty in StreamServe/OpenText and Basis to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of StreamServe/OpenText and Basis, including the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions. The Application Developer will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.


Job Responsibilities:
 

• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using StreamServe/OpenText and Basis
• Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to StreamServe/OpenText and Basis applications
• Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to StreamServe/OpenText and Basis
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code is delivered
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in application development with a specialty in StreamServe/OpenText and Basis
• Experience with OpenText Content Server and its modules such as Archive Server, Records Management, and Enterprise Connect
• Strong knowledge of StreamServe architecture and templates
• Experience with StreamServe/OpenText and Basis integration with SAP and other enterprise applications
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts using Unix/Linux
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Experience with other OpenText products such as Exstream or Documentum
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.80 - $60.80 per hour.

The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
