Work Location: Onsite position in Englewood, CO.
Candidates must reside in the Greater Englewood, CO area.
Required Skills & Experience:
Seeking a Survey Tech for a Construction focused Land Development position This SDT would be doing construction calculations for land development construction site layout (roads, curbs/gutters, alignments, pipe networks etc). They should be able to create field packets to be used as drawings onsite. SDT should be savvy with building civil 3d profiles, understand construction planning, and land development projects.

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of survey experience specifically on multi-family and single-family construction projects.
- Autodesk Civil 3D experience is required including creating alignments, profiles, pipe networks and road corridors for construction layout.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with internal and external clients

- Prepare and verify construction calculations based on detailed construction documents to unsure precise and accurate field construction layout.
- Produce field packets in an orderly and concise manor for party chiefs to utilize on construction sites.
- Process and review as-staked field data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare as-built drawings utilizing field collected data to be submitted for review by engineer of record.
