We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to work collaboratively with others across a unique local municipality. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper function and efficiency of all production infrastructure and their respective supporting applications, including deployments, configurations, operations management, security, monitoring and alerting. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents as required.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

- Must have experience with O365, AD, virtualization, and Azure exposure.
- Strong engineering skills.
- Experience with Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure stack.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.

They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents as required.
Essential Job Responsibilities: #LI-JN1
- Implement, maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, and report on the enterprise infrastructure, and support and maintain other key systems as required.
- Play a large part in support escalations and have the ability to dig in and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure the success and continued operations of the production network and systems, including Windows Domain Management and Virtualized Windows systems (On-Premises and Azure).
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair network problems according to Service Level Requirements.
- Manage and build out Office 365 cloud infrastructure and configuration necessary for integration of partner systems.
- Proactively address business process issues regarding networks through network architecture design, development, and implementation, as well as business process re-engineering.
- Monitor and respond to systems outages as required by 24x7 operation and will be part of an on-call rotation.
- Troubleshoot requests regarding network connectivity and performance issues, including working with vendors to isolate and resolve tier 3 issues.
- Maintain security and control of all respective networking systems, review and patch systems as required.
- Complete status, systems utilization, and other required reports for management.
- Ensure successful backup and restoration capabilities for all network and related systems.
- Manage server deployment and configuration management.
