A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex training systems analysis initiatives, ensuring optimal system outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and executive teams to align systems with organizational strategies aligned with training opportunities in the HVAC Industry.
- Conduct advanced system analysis, including business process reengineering and data modeling.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging business systems trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive field experience and application of the following methods and techniques desired: Air distribution, refrigeration, and electrical theory; total HVAC system application.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience (5 years minimum) in a training role.
