Job Overview:
The UI/UX Developer will work with stakeholders – both business and IT to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to transform complex requirements into seamless user experiences.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 Years Designs the graphical user interface for an app website or device. Designs all screens and movements while using a website or app.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Big Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience in the energy sector or with AI applications.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (Angular, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
