<span><span><strong><span>Essential Job Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></span><br>

&#9;<li><span><span><span>Performing business development and heavy interfacing with new & existing clients.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Hiring, Mentoring and Managing Teams providing technical and design services in support of land (site) development projects.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Conduct preliminary/due diligence evaluations, prepare various reports, produce design and construction drawings, prepare technical specifications, and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Work as part of a project team, manage project tasks and provide direction to team members.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Perform various tasks on several concurrent projects and following these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.</span></span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span><span>Coordination with regulatory agencies</span></span></span>

<span><span><strong>Required Skills & Experience: </strong></span></span><br>

<ul>
&#9;<li><span><span>Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering</span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>NC Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>3-5 years experience managing Civil land development design tasks, teams and projects within budget and on schedule.</span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>Experienced in managing clients and winning work.&nbsp; </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>Looking for a challenge to assist in growth of market share and recruiting. </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>Proven record of technical competency, willingness to work as a team player and excellent communications skills. </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>5-10+ years of experience Civil Engineering experience specific to grading, erosion control, water and sewer utilities and stormwater management. </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software including Hydraflow and StormCAD (or similar product) for stormwater</span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred</span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>Proven record of technical competency, willingness to work as a team player and excellent communications skills. </span></span>
&#9;<li><span><span>driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record</span></span>
